Description

  • 36 regular Oreo cookies
  • 1 (8-ounce) package brick-style cream cheese softened (226 grams)
  • 16 ounces chocolate semi-sweet
  • milk
  • or white chocolate all work great (452 grams)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until fully blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each chilled Oreo ball in the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Let the chocolate set in the refrigerator for another 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes
