- 36 regular Oreo cookies
- 1 (8-ounce) package brick-style cream cheese softened (226 grams)
- 16 ounces chocolate semi-sweet
- milk
- or white chocolate all work great (452 grams)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until fully blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each chilled Oreo ball in the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Let the chocolate set in the refrigerator for another 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add sprinkles or crushed Oreos on top before the chocolate sets for extra decoration.
