Ingredients
14 oz kielbasa
sliced into ½-inch rounds
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup diced carrots
1 onion
sliced
3 cloves garlic
minced
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced kielbasa, broccoli florets, diced carrots, sliced onion, and minced garlic.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and black pepper.
