This No-Bake Red White & Blue Jello Cheesecake is a festive and delicious dessert perfect for patriotic celebrations. With layers of creamy cheesecake filling and vibrant jello, it’s as easy to make as it is to impress your guests.
Ingredients
6 oz. Maria cookies
crushed
½ stick butter (4 tbsp)
melted
1 package lemon jello powder (3 oz.)
¾ cup boiling water
8 oz. cream cheese
softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
1 package berry jello powder (3 oz.)
¾ cup boiling water
½ cup ice cubes
1 package strawberry jello powder (3 oz.)
¾ cup boiling water
½ cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed Maria cookies with melted butter until fully mixed. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, dissolve the lemon jello powder in ¾ cup of boiling water. Stir to combine and let it cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and the slightly cooled lemon jello mixture. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for about 2 hours to set.
- Meanwhile, prepare the blue jello layer by dissolving the berry jello powder in ¾ cup of boiling water. Stir in the ice cubes until melted. Once the cheesecake layer is set, pour the blue jello over it and refrigerate until fully set, about 1 hour.
- Prepare the red jello layer by mixing the strawberry jello powder with ¾ cup of boiling water and ice cubes as before. Once the blue jello is set, gently pour the red jello over it and refrigerate until fully set, at least 2 hours.
- Once all layers are set, carefully remove the sides of the springform pan. Slice and serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries if desired.
Notes
Make sure each jello layer is fully set before adding the next layer to avoid mixing colors. You can use any flavor of jello that fits your color theme!
