1 8 oz. Cool Whip or whipped topping
2/3 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
24–26 Oreo cookies more as desired
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the Cool Whip gently until the mixture is creamy and uniform.
- Crush the Oreo cookies and reserve a few for topping.
- In serving cups, layer crushed Oreos, followed by the cheesecake mixture, repeating layers until cups are full.
- Top with reserved crushed Oreos and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
