Ingredients
1 (3 ounce) box orange jello
1 cup boiling water
2 cups Graham Cracker crumbs (about 14 sheets)
6 tablespoon unsalted butter
melted
pinch salt
2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese
softened
1 1⁄2 cups powdered sugar
divided
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
zest of 1 orange

Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve the orange jello in boiling water. Stir well and let it cool slightly.
- In another bowl, combine Graham Cracker crumbs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup of powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the remaining 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. If using, add the zest of the orange.
- Pour the orange jello mixture into the cream cheese mixture and gently mix until combined.
- Pour the combined mixture over the crust in the springform pan and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Slice and serve chilled.
