- 1 package lady fingers

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract to the whipped cream, and gently fold until fully combined.
- Dip each lady finger into the espresso quickly, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
- Layer the soaked lady fingers in the bottom of a dish, and spread half of the mascarpone mixture over them.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining lady fingers and mascarpone mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
Notes
