- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese

- 1/2 c. confectioners’ sugar
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 T. granulated sugar
- 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream with vanilla extract and granulated sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust evenly.
- Pour the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, spreading it out to cover evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
