Description

A creamy and delightful No-Bake Apple Cheesecake Parfait that layers the flavors of sweet apples, smooth cheesecake, and crunchy graham crackers for a delicious dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve cinnamon flavored graham crackers crushed
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/4 cup Dean’s DairyPure Heavy Whipping Cream divided
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar divided
  • 1 can apple pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. In another bowl, whip 1 cup of the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. In serving glasses or bowls, layer the crushed graham crackers, followed by the cream cheese mixture, then a layer of apple pie filling.
  4. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, ending with a layer of apple pie filling on top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Optional: whip the remaining heavy cream and use it to top the parfaits before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add cinnamon or nutmeg for more flavor. You can also substitute homemade apple filling for a fresher taste.
