- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other milk of choice
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat or low-fat
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped nectarines, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and ice cubes.
- Add honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt if desired.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen fruit or reduce the amount of milk. You can also substitute nectarines with peaches for a different flavor.
