  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat or low-fat
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional

  • small pinch salt optional

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped nectarines, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and ice cubes.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt if desired.

  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.

Notes
