- 2 russet potatoes

- 4 large carrots

- 1 (32 oz) container beef broth
- 2 (10.75 oz) cans tomato soup
- 1 can filled with water
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
- In a large pot, sear the pot roast until browned on all sides.
- Add chopped potatoes, frozen seasoning blend, peas, green beans, corn, and carrots to the pot.
- Pour in the beef broth and tomato soup, and add the can of water.
- Season with salt and pepper, then stir to combine.
- Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
