500 milliliters chilled club soda

Instructions

  • In a blender, puree the mulberries with the sugar until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.
  • Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Just before serving, add the chilled club soda and mix gently.
