Ingredients

200 grams mulberries (fresh or frozen)
¼ cup sugar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
500 milliliters chilled club soda
Ice cubes (as required)
mint leaves (for garnishing)
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the mulberries with the sugar until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.
- Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Just before serving, add the chilled club soda and mix gently.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
For a sweeter beverage, adjust sugar to taste. You can also add other fruit juices for variations.
