Ingredients

2 cups mulberries (fresh or thawed frozen)
2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mulberries, lemon juice, and honey.
- Blend until smooth and pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
For a sweeter popsicle, feel free to adjust the amount of honey. You can also substitute other berries if desired.
