  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Fresh Thyme
  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Vegetable Broth
  • Heavy Cream
  • Salt and Black Pepper
  • Puff Pastry
  • Gruyère Cheese
  • Egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and mixed mushrooms; cook until mushrooms are browned and tender.
  4. Add fresh thyme and all-purpose flour, stirring to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes until flour is lightly golden.
  5. Pour in vegetable broth and heavy cream, stirring until the mixture thickens. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  7. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into circles large enough to fit your ramekins.
  8. Spoon the mushroom filling into each ramekin and top with a layer of Gruyère cheese.
