- 2 cups Hungry Jack pancake mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup
- plus more for dipping maple syrup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking tray.
- In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and crumbly; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the pancake mix and water, stirring until smooth.
- Fold in the cooked sausage and shredded cheddar cheese into the pancake batter.
- Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the mixture onto the greased baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bites are golden and cooked through.
- Serve warm with maple syrup for dipping.
Notes
