  • 1 cup (240 ml) cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup (85 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup (105 g) caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup (45 g) mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup (40 g) extra brownie crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled brownies and press them into the bottom of serving cups to form the brownie layer.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the brownie layer in each cup.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the cheesecake layer.
  6. Top with caramel sauce, mini chocolate chips, and extra brownie crumbs.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
