- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/3 cup (105 g) caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup (45 g) mini chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup (40 g) extra brownie crumbs
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled brownies and press them into the bottom of serving cups to form the brownie layer.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the brownie layer in each cup.
- In a small saucepan, heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the cheesecake layer.
- Top with caramel sauce, mini chocolate chips, and extra brownie crumbs.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
