- 3 tablespoons (37 g) granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons (85 g) unsalted butter

- 3 large egg yolks
- ½ cup (120 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 ½ to 2 teaspoons lemon zest

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
- In another mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Pour the lemon filling over the prepared crust and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the filling is set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
