Instructions

  1. Begin by slicing the zucchini into thin rounds or half-moons.
  2. Sprinkle the sliced zucchini with coarse sea salt and let it sit for about 20 minutes to draw out moisture.
  3. Rinse the zucchini well and pat dry with a clean towel.
  4. In a large skillet, heat the avocado oil over medium heat and add minced garlic cloves, sautéing until fragrant.
  5. Add the zucchini and chopped green onions to the skillet, stirring occasionally until the zucchini is tender, about 10-15 minutes.
