2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, dried herbs, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat well with the marinade.
- In a baking dish, arrange sliced onions and zucchini, then place marinated chicken thighs on top.
