  • 2 tablespoon pesto store bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes
  • 0.5 lb sliced deli turkey
  • 6 oz prosciutto
  • 0.5 cup roasted red peppers
  • 8 oz sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • ⅓ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cups arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread pesto on the bottom half of the focaccia and mayonnaise on the top half.
  3. Layer the sliced turkey, prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil on the bottom half.
