- 1 loaf focaccia bread halved horizontally
- 2 tablespoon pesto store bought or homemade
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes
- 0.5 lb sliced deli turkey
- 6 oz prosciutto
- 0.5 cup roasted red peppers
- 8 oz sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- ⅓ cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 cups arugula
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread pesto on the bottom half of the focaccia and mayonnaise on the top half.
- Layer the sliced turkey, prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil on the bottom half.
- Top with arugula and drizzle balsamic glaze over the arugula.
- Close the sandwich with the top half of the focaccia and press down gently.
