2 large eggs
1 cup freshly grated Romano cheese
3 cloves fresh garlic

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, place the flour, and season with salt and pepper.
- In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
- In a third dish, combine the grated Romano cheese and minced garlic.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the cheese mixture.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, and sear each chicken breast until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, drizzle with lemon juice and zest, and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
