- 2 cups fresh blueberries if using frozen berries don’t thaw the berries
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs slightly beaten
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- dash of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries and flour, tossing gently to coat.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour the blueberry mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Pour the custard mixture over the blueberries in the pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the custard is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
