  • 2 cups fresh blueberries if using frozen berries don’t thaw the berries
  • 1 Tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries and flour, tossing gently to coat.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Pour the blueberry mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
