- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs from one sleeve of graham crackers
- ⅓ cup butter melted
- 24 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese softened
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 can Strawberry pie filling or raspberry

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a greased 7-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and eggs, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Carefully place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled, topped with your choice of strawberry, raspberry, or blueberry pie filling.
Notes
For best results, let the cheesecake set in the refrigerator overnight for a firmer texture. Experiment with different toppings to suit your taste.
