These High Protein Cheesecake Jars are a delicious no-bake dessert that combines creamy cheesecake flavors with a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for a low-calorie treat.

- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (0% or 2%)
- 1/3 cup low-fat cream cheese
- softened
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil or butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Fresh berries
- Optional: sugar-free fruit compote
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, protein powder (if using), and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted coconut oil or butter, and honey until well combined.
- Layer the graham cracker mixture evenly at the bottom of serving jars.
- Top the crust layer with the cheesecake mixture, smoothing it out.
- Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Before serving, add fresh berries on top and drizzle with sugar-free fruit compote if desired.
