These High Protein Cheesecake Jars are a delicious no-bake dessert that combines creamy cheesecake flavors with a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for a low-calorie treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (0% or 2%)
  • 1/3 cup low-fat cream cheese
  • softened
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil or butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Fresh berries
  • Optional: sugar-free fruit compote

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, protein powder (if using), and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted coconut oil or butter, and honey until well combined.
  3. Layer the graham cracker mixture evenly at the bottom of serving jars.
  4. Top the crust layer with the cheesecake mixture, smoothing it out.
  5. Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Before serving, add fresh berries on top and drizzle with sugar-free fruit compote if desired.
