Ingredients

  • Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • Vanilla protein powder
  • Large egg white
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Vanilla extract
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine low-fat Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, large egg white, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in fresh raspberries and a pinch of salt until evenly distributed.
