- 1 package (14.3 ounces) Golden Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup salted butter melted
- 2 packages (3.4 ounces
- each) instant lemon pudding mix
- 3 ¼ cups milk
- 2 containers (8 ounces
- each) Cool Whip thawed
- 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Crush the Golden Oreo cookies and mix them with melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant lemon pudding mix and milk until it starts to thicken.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in the Cool Whip.
- Layer half of the lemon pudding mixture over the crust, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat with the remaining pudding and cream cheese mixtures.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set before serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, garnish with lemon zest or additional crushed Oreos before serving.
