  • Ripe Bananas
  • Maple Syrup
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • Chocolate Protein Powder
  • Baking Powder
  • Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add cottage cheese, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well until combined.
  4. Sift in unsweetened cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, and baking powder. Stir until smooth.
  5. Fold in dark chocolate chips gently.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing into squares and serving.
