- Cottage Cheese
- Ripe Bananas
- Maple Syrup
- Eggs
- Vanilla Extract
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- Chocolate Protein Powder
- Baking Powder
- Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add cottage cheese, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well until combined.
- Sift in unsweetened cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, and baking powder. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing into squares and serving.
Notes
For added flavor, try adding nuts or a pinch of sea salt on top before baking.
