Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Bolthouse Farms Chocolate Plant Protein Milk
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1/3 cup Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
1 date chopped
1 tablespoon toasted rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the Bolthouse Farms Chocolate Plant Protein Milk and frozen banana.
- Add the natural peanut butter, Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt, chopped date, toasted rolled oats, vanilla extract, and unsweetened cocoa powder.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, then pour into glasses and enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use a smaller amount of liquid; for a thinner consistency, add more plant protein milk. You can also substitute the peanut butter with almond butter for a different flavor.
