Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, granulated sweetener, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, unsweetened applesauce, and water until combined.
