  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup pecans
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Core and slice the apples, then place them in a baking dish, and sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, chopped pecans, coconut oil, and honey until well mixed.
