- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 2/3 cup oats
- 2/3 cup pecans
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Core and slice the apples, then place them in a baking dish, and sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, chopped pecans, coconut oil, and honey until well mixed.
- Evenly distribute the oat mixture over the apples.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
