2 TBS chopped cilantro
1 15-ounce can crushed pineapple
drained
1 TBS apple cider vinegar
½ cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, chopped cilantro, and drained crushed pineapple.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
Notes
