1 large orange

100g light soft brown sugar

100g butter

75g light soft brown sugar

75g porridge oats

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

A pinch of salt


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish with butter.
  • In a bowl, combine the rhubarb, orange zest, orange juice, and light soft brown sugar. Mix well and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix together the plain flour, softened butter, light soft brown sugar, porridge oats, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until crumbly.
  • Spread the crumble topping evenly over the rhubarb filling. Dot with a bit of extra butter on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden-brown and the filling is bubbling.
