Ingredients

  • grated
  • 3 egg whites
  • 100 g low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • shredded
  • 50 g whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic
  • minced
  • 1 small onion
  • finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, egg whites, shredded mozzarella cheese, whole wheat breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
