Description

These Quick and Savory Ground Beef Enchiladas are a delightful and easy meal perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded microbial-rennet cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the beef. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. Spread a small amount of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place a portion of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese on each tortilla. Roll them up and place seam-side down in the dish.
  6. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
