These Quick and Savory Ground Beef Enchiladas are a delightful and easy meal perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded microbial-rennet cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the beef. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Spread a small amount of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place a portion of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese on each tortilla. Roll them up and place seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
