This Grilled Steak Bowl with Sauce & Grilled Zucchini Bliss is a perfect blend of tender steak and colorful grilled vegetables, topped with a creamy herb sauce for a meal that’s both satisfying and flavorful.
Ingredients
1 pound Flank
Ribeye
or New York Strip
2 medium Zucchini
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (Chives or Parsley)
2 cups Cooked Rice or Mashed Potatoes
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to taste. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Slice the zucchini in half lengthwise, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steak for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Grill the zucchini for 3-4 minutes on each side, until tender.
- In a bowl, mix together the sour cream or Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and fresh herbs for the sauce.
- Once the steak is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it against the grain.
- To assemble the bowl, place a base of cooked rice or mashed potatoes, top with sliced steak, grilled zucchini, and drizzle with the herb sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
