3 peaches
halved and pits removed
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
melted
Yogurt

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the cut sides of the peaches with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the cut sides of the peaches.
- Place peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until caramelized and grill marks appear.
- Flip the peaches and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and serve warm, topped with yogurt, vanilla ice cream, or a drizzle of caramel syrup if desired.
Notes
For best results, use ripe but firm peaches. This recipe can be easily doubled for larger gatherings.
