Description

This Grilled Peach Salad is a refreshing blend of sweet and savory flavors, featuring perfectly grilled peaches, fresh berries, and tangy feta cheese, drizzled with a homemade balsamic dressing.


Ingredients

  • Fresh peaches
  • Olive oil
  • Berries
  • Mixed greens
  • Feta crumbles
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Minced garlic
  • Honey
  • Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. Brush each half lightly with olive oil.
  3. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear. Turn and grill for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens and fresh berries.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
  6. Once the peaches are finished grilling, slice them and add to the salad bowl.
  7. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  8. Top with feta crumbles before serving.

Notes
