Ingredients
2 large boneless
skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
3 cups cooked white or brown rice
3 cups broccoli florets
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Marinate the chicken breasts in this mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and no longer pink inside. Let it rest before slicing.
- While the chicken is grilling, steam the broccoli florets until they are bright green and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the creamy garlic sauce.
