Ingredients

½ cup fresh blueberries
½ cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 teaspoon white sugar (Optional)
6 tablespoons granola
or as needed
1 (6 ounce) container nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the fresh blueberries and sliced strawberries. If desired, sprinkle with white sugar and mix gently.
- In serving glasses, layer the nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt at the bottom, followed by a layer of the fruit mixture, then add a layer of granola. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full.
- Top each parfait with a sprinkle of lemon zest for added flavor and serve immediately.
