1 cup Greek yogurt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons Everything But the Bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth.
- Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel, making a hole in the center.
- Place the shaped bagels on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Sprinkle Everything But the Bagel seasoning over the top of each bagel.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with Greek Yogurt Sauce.
