- 1 ½ cups (260g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well mixed.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Transfer the cookie dough to a cast-iron skillet and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- If using, drizzle the melted white chocolate on top to create football laces.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a more gooey texture, do not overbake. You can use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
