Description
A refreshing and delightful Ginger Peach Lemonade that combines the sweetness of peaches with the zing of ginger and the tartness of lemon.
Ingredients

- 3 Peaches
- pitted and sliced
- 1 ½ inch Piece Ginger
- peeled and sliced
- ½ Cup Cane Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 5 Cups Cold Water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh cut lemon slices
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sliced peaches, ginger, cane sugar, and 1 cup of water. Cook over medium heat until the peaches are soft and the sugar dissolves, about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Then, blend the mixture until smooth.
- Strain the peach-ginger mixture through a fine sieve into a large pitcher to remove solids.
- Add the fresh squeezed lemon juice and cold water to the pitcher, stirring well to combine.
- Serve over ice cubes with fresh cut lemon slices.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
