Ingredients
Ground Beef: 1 lb (80/20 fat content recommended)
Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup
shredded
Garlic Powder: 2 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Black Pepper: 1 tsp
Refrigerated Biscuit Dough: 2 cans (8 biscuits each)
Butter: 2 tbsp
melted
Parmesan Cheese: ½ cup
grated
Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese until the cheese is melted and well combined.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle and spoon some of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a ball, sealing the edges well.
- Place the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the biscuit bombs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These cheeseburger bombs are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
