6 (4 ounce) chicken breast cutlets

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic

1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth

fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Season the chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, and Italian herb seasoning.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken cutlets and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and simmer to create a sauce.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the garlic butter sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
