  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine the pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, ¼ teaspoon salt, mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, ¾ cup sugar, flour, vanilla extract, and egg yolks. Mix until smooth to form the cheesecake layer.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and ½ teaspoon salt. Set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, ¾ cup sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer, then drop the remaining brownie batter by spoonfuls on top of the cheesecake layer.
  6. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the brownie and cheesecake layers together.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Let cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares and serving.
