Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional mix-ins: mini chocolate chips

  • or crushed pretzels

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.

  4. Place the molds or baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
