- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
- If desired, fold in your choice of optional mix-ins like mini chocolate chips or crushed pretzels for added texture and flavor.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or onto a lined baking sheet in small bite-sized portions.
- Place the molds or baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds or remove from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
