Description
This Fresh & Healthy 7-Layer Dip is a delicious and visually appealing appetizer that combines layers of refried beans, taco yogurt, guacamole, and fresh toppings for a perfect party dish.

- 1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
- 3 5.3 oz containers or 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 (1 ounce) packet of taco seasoning
- 2 medium avocados
- 2–3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeño seeded and diced
- ½ lime juiced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ½ cup shredded cheddar or mexican cheese
- 1 ½ cups quartered grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion or green onion
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Optional: jalapeño slices
Instructions
- In a serving dish, spread the refried beans evenly across the bottom as the first layer.
- In a bowl, mix the plain yogurt with taco seasoning, then layer this mixture on top of the beans.
- In another bowl, mash the avocados and mix in cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Spread this guacamole layer over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the guacamole layer.
- Top with quartered grape tomatoes, followed by sliced black olives.
- Garnish with finely diced red or green onion and fresh cilantro. Optionally, add jalapeño slices on top.
Notes
Feel free to customize the dip with your favorite ingredients and add more layers if desired. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
