4 large flour tortillas
1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup au jus for dipping
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Instructions
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard and mayonnaise on each tortilla.
- Evenly distribute the sliced roast beef and place two slices of Swiss cheese on top of each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, then slice them into pinwheels or halves.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the roll ups on a baking sheet.
