  • chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the farro according to package instructions until tender, then drain and let cool.
