- 2 medium green apples
- 2 medium red apples
- ¾ cup cranberries dried
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup grapes
- 3 medium naval orange
- 1 medium Lemon
- Dressing Ingredients: ½ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup sugar white
- ¼ tsp apple pie spice
- 1 zest lemon
- 1 zest orange
Instructions
- Chop the green and red apples into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the dried cranberries, pecans, and grapes to the bowl.
- Segment the naval oranges and add the orange pieces to the fruit mixture.
- Zest the lemon and orange and set aside for the dressing.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the orange juice, sugar, apple pie spice, lemon zest, and orange zest until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
