Ingredients

  • 2 medium green apples
  • 2 medium red apples
  • ¾ cup cranberries dried
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 3 medium naval orange
  • 1 medium Lemon
  • Dressing Ingredients: ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup sugar white
  • ¼ tsp apple pie spice
  • 1 zest lemon
  • 1 zest orange

Instructions

  1. Chop the green and red apples into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the dried cranberries, pecans, and grapes to the bowl.
  3. Segment the naval oranges and add the orange pieces to the fruit mixture.
  4. Zest the lemon and orange and set aside for the dressing.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the orange juice, sugar, apple pie spice, lemon zest, and orange zest until well combined.
  6. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
