- 5–6 kiwis
- 1 pomegranate

- 2 Tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions
- Start by zesting and juicing the lemon into a large mixing bowl to create a citrus base for the salad.
- Peel and chop all the fruits into bite-sized pieces, then add them to the bowl with the lemon juice.
- Carefully deseed the pomegranate and add the seeds to the mixture.
- Sprinkle the poppy seeds over the fruit salad and gently toss everything together to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later to enhance the flavors.
